Virtual Workshop: Keeping the Faith in Estate Planning – What Your Jewish, Christian, and Muslim Clients May Want Included in Their Plans
This Workshop will explore what faith-based estate planning means with respect to the three Abrahamic religions: Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. The Panelists will discuss religious laws regarding inheritance, health care directives, and end of life care, the underlying principles of these laws, and incorporation of some of these laws and principles in the modern estate plan. Attendees will better understand the rules and etiquettes of engaging in faith-based estate planning, and will receive valuable reference materials.
