CHICAGO ESTATE PLANNING COUNCIL

This session will cover several topics pertinent to elder law.  We will discuss some of the most common Medicaid planning techniques and how they are executed.  Then we will cover the ways in which properly drafted powers of attorney are vital to elder law, as well as pitfalls to avoid in this regard.   Estate planning and elder law overlap in multiple ways, and this session will address elder law issues that should be on the radar of every estate planning practitioner.
