If you are requesting continuing education credit, you will need to complete the information for your designation(s) at the bottom of the registration.
CEPC is now using an on-line tool and you will be sent an email with a link to register for the credit the morning of the event. Immediately following the presentation, you will be given the pin number that you will need to enter on your mobile device to receive your credit and certificate of attendance.
